Very quick to respond if you have any concerns, However, If you shop with this company, make sure you spend a little more on freight other than Aust Post.Do not use Aust Post. I got exactly what i ordered. very happy with my purchase. with out walking around there distribution center and my 30+ years in warehouse and transport I can honestly say that they have done there home work prior to setting up there business. they have a very efficient logistics system and team that allows them to receive and dispatch an order in a very timely manner.
