Once payment has been made, we aim to ship your order the next business day, however dispatch times can take up to 3 business days. The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is around 2-5 business days to most metro areas, but can take up to 14 business days for rural areas, please be aware that the ebay delivery time calculator is very inaccurate and for a more accurate estimate you are best to check the auspost website. Most of our items are sent using Australia Post eParcel and Australia Post express eParcel and all items are sent with tracking numbers and signature on delivery (unless otherwise stated). We also use couriers such as Startrack, Couriers Please, Fastways & TNT for larger, bulkier items.

 

Pick up from our store is more than welcome, but please call first to make sure we have in stock

 

- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as item is still in original box and in new original condition.

- Auto Parts Supply do not cover any return postage

- Refund will be given minus the cost of our original postage + 15% restocking charge

 

All our new items are covered with a 90 day manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated. All our radiators & electrical components are covered with a 180 day replacement warranty), the warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any labour, fitting or other expenses. Our liability under no circumstances will exceed the original purchase cost of the item. Items we sell are inteded to be fitted by qualified installers and warranty will be void due to improper installation.
